Built because printing shouldn’t require trust in a stranger.
VaultPrint was born from a simple frustration: why do you have to hand your ID proof, bank statement, or assignment to someone you’ve never met, on a device you have no control over, with no idea whether they’ll keep a copy?
We built VaultPrint to give people complete control over their documents — from the moment they select a file to the moment they collect a printout. No staff involvement. No shared devices. No data retention.
We’re starting in Jharkhand — building for colleges, hostels, and government offices where the need is most acute — and expanding across India as we grow.
Four values, in everything we build
Privacy first
Every design decision is evaluated against one question: does this protect the user’s document? If not, it doesn’t ship.
Zero friction
If it takes longer than 60 seconds, we haven’t done our job. Speed is a feature.
Transparent pricing
We show you the total before you pay. There is no other price.
Always available
A kiosk that’s down is a broken promise. Uptime is an obligation, not a target.
The team behind VaultPrint
VaultPrint is built by a team of college students who refused to accept that printing should mean handing your private documents to a stranger. We’re engineering students who experienced the problem every exam season, every late-night deadline, and every hostel queue — and decided to build the solution ourselves. We’re young, we’re hungry, and we’re here to change how India prints.
